Bangkok listed among National Geographic’s Best of the World

The Tourism Authority of Thailand introduced that the metropolis of Bangkok has been included in National Geographic’s checklist of the Best of the World for 2025.

TAT governor Thapanee Kiatphaibool stated: “We are honoured that Bangkok has been included in National Geographic’s much-anticipated annual list of awe-inspiring destinations. Bangkok’s inclusion reflects its vibrant atmosphere, world-renowned street food, majestic temples, and bustling markets, all the elements that make it a unique city for visitors seeking both adventure and relaxation.”

According to National Geographic, Bangkok was chosen as one of the Best of the World 2025 by its staff of journey consultants following a rigorous nomination, analysis, and reporting course of.

A must-visit vacation spot

In its official announcement on the official Best of the World webpage on twenty second October, NatGeo editors hailed Bangkok as a must-visit vacation spot to “Explore a temple reborn.”
